The Dot Matrix Digital Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor with Memory is a fully automatic wrist unit featuring easy-to-use, one-button operation with on-screen graphics and instructions in five languages. Memory feature allows the user to store up to 60 readings total with date and time in two separate memory banks (30 readings are stored in each bank). The pressure readings can be viewed in three different recall modes (Memory Recall, Memory List, Memory Graph). Includes detailed operating instructions in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish, two AAA batteries, storage case and a lifetime limited warranty. Fits wrist circumference 4-7/8" - 8-1/16".Amazon.com Review
Capable of storing 60 readings by date and time, this battery- operated device makes it easy to monitor both blood pressure and pulse and to track trends over time. Two people can make use of the monitor's memory, with up to 30 past readings stored for each and displayed either as a chronological list or a graph. Or one person can use both memory banks to save past morning and evening readings. The large digital display (1-5/8 by 1-1/4 inches) is easy to read, showing systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings when the cuff is strapped on and automatically inflated by pressing the monitor's power button. When the measurement is complete, the cuff (fits wrists from 4-7/8 to 8-1/16 inches) automatically deflates. The monitor can be turned off manually, or it automatically shuts off in 30 seconds to preserve the two AAA batteries (included) operating the device.On-screen instructions (in English, Spanish, French, German, or Italian) guide a user through the process. A menu button selects from a list of six features: memory select (for choosing between the two memory banks), preset pressure (for adjusting cuff pressure), memory clear (for deleting a stored reading), language, clock set, and contrast (of the screen face). Another button permits scrolling through stored readings, displaying their average, or viewing the chronological list or graph. The monitor comes in a sturdy plastic storage case, is accompanied by a detailed instruction booklet, and carries a lifetime warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

I have purchased several instruments of this type and this is by far the most accurate, the easiest to read and is very comfortable. I have compared the results with the standard arm cuff monitor and this one produces identical results. It is easy to set up and very easy to use.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Dot Matrix Wrist Blood Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor. Delivery was very prompt. The only concern that I have is that I did not receive a receipt or any paper work (from the company) with the product that I could use to prove when I purchased the product.

Easy to use and as accurate as an 'old fashioned' cuff. This was a reorder for me, my 1st one checked my client B/P's (about 25/day) for over a year. The only reason I had to purchase another was because the door that holds in the batteries fell off and got steped on. Doesn't look so professional with scotch tape, but still worked as well!!!!

I just bought this after being worried that my resting heartrate was too fast. Turns out I am doing just fine. But with this unit I will take my blood pressure everyday and then look at my on screen graph after up to 30 days and see how it looks over time.
I was happily suprised at the quality of the unit. 4 simple buttons (any one of which will activate the appropriate feature from the off condition) make it easy to operate and figure out. It comes with batteries - a nice touch - and a study case with a clear cover. Here are three levels of help in the included documentation. A Get Started sheet, a FAQ fold out, and a thorough booklet (in 4 languages) with the important details.
On screen instructions help you through the process of actually getting your BP. You get systolic and diatolic (most only give you the former) as well as pulse readings. The on screen graph is unique to this unit and especially in this price range.

Bottom line: I am very happy with the purchase. The only other one I would purchase is the one at Wal-Mart that comes with a printer to give you a hard copy graph of your readings over time. But it costs $89.99 and gives you more components to worry about.
